How do reseller credits work?
One credit equals a 12-month subscription for one client. You can also create shorter subscriptions: 1 month for 0.1 credit, 3 months for 0.25 credit and 6 months for 0.5 credit. Test lines are free and unlimited.
Do the credits expire?
No. The credits you buy stay available on your panel with no time limit. There's no monthly quota and no mandatory renewal.
Will my clients see the Kemo IPTV name?
No. The service is white label: your clients only see your brand. With the Business and Enterprise packs, you can also use your own DNS and a private domain.
How quickly is my panel activated?
In under 15 minutes after your payment is confirmed. You receive your panel access and a getting-started guide on WhatsApp.
Can I create sub-resellers?
Yes, from the Business Pack. You create their accounts from your panel and give them part of your credits. The Enterprise Pack allows unlimited sub-resellers.
