1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing a subscription through Kemo IPTV (kemoiptvhq.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our service immediately.
2. Subscription Usage & Connection Limits
Each subscription is assigned a specific simultaneous connection allowance (1, 2, 3, or 4 screens as purchased). Users agree not to exceed the simultaneous streaming quota purchased. Sharing credentials beyond your purchased screen limit may result in streams being temporarily blocked.
3. Network & Device Requirements
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for FHD, 30 Mbps for 4K streams) and compatible playback hardware (Amazon Firestick, Smart TV, Android Box, etc.). We recommend wired Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi connections to eliminate local buffer lag.
4. Independent Service Clause
Kemo IPTV is an independent provider. We do not represent, sell, or claim affiliation with third-party providers using similar branding. All content channels and availability are subject to routine server maintenance.
5. Account Credentials Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Xtream Codes API username, password, and M3U playlist URLs. Do not publish or share active line credentials on public forums or pastebin services.
